This is consist of track pins and track bushings which are subjected to precise machining and induction hardening, as well as chain links which are cast from special steel and subjected to deep induction hardening. This is grease filled and sealed for extended wear life. Polyurethane seals prevent abrasive materials from entering the internal pin&bush therefore reducing wear.

The broadly optional Track link assembly, with pitch from 101 to 216,suits for excavating equipment and special machinery of most sizes.
Solid design of chain link enables wear resistance and stress resistance for long time
The highly finished and deeply quenched chain link, pin sleeve and bush are stronger in wear resistance.

Crack Resistance

Track bush is done with the carburization and the surface with induction hardening, which ensures the reasonable core hardness and abrasion resistance of internal and external surfaces.

Abrasion Resistance

Track pin is done with the tempering and the surface with induction hardening, which ensures the sufficient core hardness and abrasion resistance of external surfaces.

Deeper Hardened layer on the rail point

The track link has been done with the induction hardening treatment, which ensures its strength and abrasion resistance. 

Induction hardening tread

The surface of chain link undergoes mid frequency hardening to ensure maximum strength and wear resistance.
