This is grease filled and sealed for extended wear life. Polyurethane seals prevent abrasive materials from entering the internal pin&bush therefore reducing wear.

Track pin is done with the tempering and the surface with induction hardening, which ensures the sufficient core hardness and abrasion resistance of external surfaces.

Deeper Hardened layer on the rail point

The track link has been done with the induction hardening treatment, which ensures its strength and abrasion resistance.

Induction hardening tread

The surface of chain link undergoes mid frequency hardening to ensure maximum strength and wear resistance.
