How ordering works

Send us the part list — part numbers, machine models or dimensions — and we quote in US dollars. Once the order is confirmed we manufacture or pick from stock, pack for the route, and hand the goods to the forwarder. You receive the packing list and the shipping documents before the container leaves.

Packing and shipping to South Africa

African ports vary widely in congestion and clearance time, so we build extra days into the schedule and pack for long inland transit where the goods leave the coast by road.

• FOB Qingdao, or CIF to your port if you prefer us to arrange the freight.
• Packed in cartons, wooden cases or pallets depending on the part and the handling the shipment will see.
• Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading prepared for your customs broker.
