The link rod has a yield strength of 800 MPa, an impact flexibility of 800 kJ/m², and a centre hardness of 22–25 HRC. High-strength CO₂ gas-shielded welding is used to ensure the strength of the link mechanism. The internal liner is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron to guarantee the self-lubricating function of the bucket link.
As tipping links are not bushed, the bores will eventually wear out and require replacement. Damage to the bucket and tipping links can result from the bucket pins coming adrift during digging or becoming fouled by items such as lifting chains. Damaged links should be replaced immediately to avoid further damage to the bucket, dipper arm and bucket ram.
For your convenience, we stock tipping links in pairs and bucket links without bushes, enabling you to reuse bushes where they are still in good condition.
